For general contractors & developers

Steel erection for the data center and industrial build-out across North Texas.

As the data center and mission-critical market expands across the DFW metroplex and the Sherman–Denison corridor, general contractors need erection crews who can put up engineered steel on schedule and to spec. That's what we do.

Where we fit

An erector you can put on the bid list

Chief Buildings — the engineered metal building system we erect exclusively — is specified for warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and data center shells across the country. The structural engineering is done by Chief. Our role is the part that determines whether your project finishes on time: getting that steel out of the trucks and standing, correctly and safely.

We work as the metal building erection partner to general contractors and developers. We're large enough to handle 50,000-square-foot single-structure builds and small enough that the owner is on your jobsite, accountable for the work.

Capabilities

What we bring to a commercial steel package

Primary steel erection

Crane-set rigid frames and primary structural steel for clear-span and multi-span buildings.

Wall & roof systems

Secondary framing, wall sheeting, and standing seam roof system installation by certified crews.

Certified welders & crane operators

Self-performed, in-house — not subcontracted — so quality and schedule stay under our control.

OSHA-compliant safety program

A documented safety program that protects your jobsite, your schedule, and your liability exposure.

Large-footprint experience

Proven on 50,000 sq ft warehouse and industrial structures throughout the metroplex.

Chief Buildings authorized

An independent authorized builder of Chief Buildings, fluent in the system we install.

Serving the build-out

Positioned in the growth corridor

Our completed work already sits in the areas seeing the heaviest commercial and mission-critical investment — Fort Worth, Haslet, and the Sherman–Denison corridor. We're based in Weatherford and mobilize across North Texas. If you're a general contractor or developer planning an industrial or data center facility in the region, we'd like to be on your list of qualified erectors.
